About the Show & Presenter:

The Living Tarot is an interactive experience where audience questions are answered by the archetypes of the Tarot.  Using costumes, props, dance, psycho-drama and improvisational music, this show can answer your most burning questions.  Every show is  unique and dynamically different.  David Rose has performed The Living Tarot all over the country in hundreds of shows. His unique capacity to channel the archetypes of the major arcana of the Tarot and to access unique and powerful ways to answer your questions will amaze you.  Ultimately we all have the same questions.  David brings a singular devotion and practice of compassion, honesty, caring and transformational magic to each "reading."  This show will change the way you see yourself, your community and this world.  Expand your mind, body and spirit.   This is true innertainment and unlike anything you have ever experienced. 

How to Participate

The Living Tarot is completely improvisational.  I interact with the audience throughout the show.  Before coming to the show, take a few minutes to crystallize any important question you'd like to ask.  The more detailed and precise the question....the more powerful and direct the reading.  I can usually get to about 8-10 readings in a 2 hour show so usually not everyone receives a reading.

You can also help the show by bringing unique costumes or small props that can supplement my limited traveling stock.  In the Tarot, there are both feminine and masculine archetypes not to mention astral and other dimensional energies (ie- Sun, Moon, Star, Judgement, The World, The Devil). I love to create unique costumes for each archetype and items you bring will be used in ways you may have not expected.  I'm 6"2' with broad shoulders and a 32 waist, svelte size 14.


Call for Musicians

The Living Tarot employs improvisational musicians to create a unique soundtrack for each reading.  On average I like to have 2-3 musicians for the ceremony.  The accompaniment is one of following the energy and direction of the reading to enhance the audience and querents' experience and participation.  Includes making up songs or musical scenarios, sound effects, offstage "voices", etc.  It is challenging and amazingly fun.  Please contact me @ 512-809-7475 if you are interested in playing.
