Lorna Trigg, has studied movement styles with Master dancers and movement therapists, in Africa, Europe and the USA. Lorna has been involved in the practice of movement from age 5.

Privates: $25 per hour
Groups: $125 for 5 or more,

Building tendon strength, integrating breath and movement in meditations freeing the body’s ‘chi’ life energy to flow for maximum health and well-being.

This class is for those of us who need to focus in order to maintain or improve the physical body’s we have.

Suitable for those who have specific balance and muscular difficulties.
