Gentle Hatha Yoga with Sandra Walker

Monday Mornings 9.30am – 10.30am

Aloha Spirit in the Natural State: Hula (all skill levels)

Monday Evenings – beginning July 2nd – Aug 20th – 6:00 pm
$10 per class

8-week workshop. Learn hula basics, ancient chants, traditional and modern mele. Discover the dance of Aloha! with Caitlin Michener

Caitlin Michener is a classically trained dancer and movement enthusiast. Former haumana Halau Na Pua Mai Ka Lani Nuioka. Former Artistic Director Kipuka Theater. Studied at the Experimental Theater Wing, NYC. Currently, Caitlin lives in Eureka Springs, developing her butoh. She also teaches creative movement at Indigo Dance.

Lorna Trigg, has studied movement styles with Master dancers and movement therapists, in Africa, Europe and the USA. Lorna has been involved in the practice of movement from age 5.

Privates: $25 per hour
Groups: $125 for 5 or more,

Tai Chi with Craig (starts again September 18th)

Building tendon strength, integrating breath and movement in meditations freeing the body’s ‘chi’ life energy to flow for maximum health and well-being.

This class is for those of us who need to focus in order to maintain or improve the physical body’s we have.

Suitable for those who have specific balance and muscular difficulties.

Tues – 10:00am and Thurs – 10:0am
