Originally from South Africa, Chef Samantha Buyskes has been cooking, teaching and catering in the Finger Lakes for almost 20 years. As an extensive traveler, her heart is true to the Finger Lakes, showcasing the best of the best within our region. Her restaurants feature blends of the region’s seasonal bounty and exciting spice blends from around the globe. Recent accolades include being asked to cook at The James Beard house in NY along with 6 other women of the Finger Lakes.
Friday April 10th Chef Samantha will be preparing a feast for your enjoyment. The meal will showcase the bounty of Spring ingredients from the Eureka Springs, AR region prepared over an outdoor firepit and also using cast iron pots. Nibbles upon arrival, a main course with sides that are plantforward and ending with something decadent for dessert.
This is an evening not to be missed.
As we are focusing on our carbon footprint we ask that you bring a basket with your plates, glasses and silverware along with your beverage of choice. We will provide the setting, tables and chairs.
