The process of hypnosis is accepting suggestions. Every statement can be a suggestion. Suggestions become beliefs. Beliefs determine how you live your life. Hypnosis is an excellent tool for monitoring what suggestions you want to accept and which ones you have accepted in the past which are no longer serving you in creating the world in which you want to live.
The Law of Attraction states whatever you consistently visualize, hold constant in your thoughts, will come about. Hypnosis is visualizing, holding in your thoughts, suggestions accepted about a future that you want to make true for yourself. What future would you like to create for yourself?
