An evening with a Gourmet Chef - New York State's hottest Chef, Samantha Izzo, owner and operator of Simply Red Village Bistro. Exotic and intriguing are the many faces of Asian cuisine. This hands-on workshop will take the student through the creating of dumplings, Pad Thai and traditional Thai dessert, the application of garnish, management of food selection and tableware, choice of ingredients which give the flavors and aromas particular to this style of food.
