Rebekah is a Massage Therapist, State Licensed and Nationally Certified. She is also a Board Certified Music Therapist and a Sound Healer trained in classical healing and shamanic traditions. Rebekah also served as the director of music for a Unity Church for 10 years. She has presented workshops for numerous organizations and facilitates group energy attunement sessions using sound.
Rebekah offers her clients excellent massage therapy, mixed with energy work, as desired, using sound as her primary tool for the energy work. She uses tuning forks, singing bowls, voice and more.
Her work facilitates creating the space for healing through multiple approaches which include: Deep/Connective Tissue Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Active Release Technique, Polarity Therapy, Perinatal Massage, and Sound & Music Therapies.
Benefits of this healing work may include: regaining homeostasis - the natural flow and balance of energy in the body; release of “issues from the tissues” of the body; bringing “dis-ease” back into normal vibratory rate; integrating physical, mental and spiritual body energies; enhancing the “Chi” energy - creating a feeling of overall well being.

Rebekah's Philosophy of Healing
True health care comes from listening to our own bodies and not necessarily taking a doctor's word as gospel without question. Yes, there is a place for the traditional medical field. In addition to this we must also listen and tune in to our own bodies.
Our bodies are living, breathing organism's with intelligence. My sessions remind us that we are our own healers, not me or anyone else who might be in a position to help. I facilitate the attunement process, set up an energetic space that is supportive of the healing process, offer what I am guided to offer energetically, and give feedback. YOU do the rest. Healing happens when you are ready and actively participating in the process.
I feel that good diet, exercise, and spiritual practice are all part of a whole person's wellness practice. Awareness is the key. We are creating our world with each step we take, each thought we think, through each moment of each day in the now moment. Together we create on a path of wholeness.
