Bellyogachi - stretch - balance - tone - cardio - weight control
Bellyogachi is the incorporation of Yoga, Tai-Chi and Belly Dance Core movement, combining these practices to enhance the bodies ability to remain vibrant well into our mature years.
This signature style of movement has been developed by Lorna Trigg, who has studied movement styles with Master dancers and movement therapists, in Africa, Europe and the USA. Lorna has been involved in the practice of movement from age 5.
Classes begin with slow warm up stretches, targeting problem areas, hips, lower back, shoulders, knees, shortness of breath, using Yoga and Tai Chi. Once warmed, isolated movement based in Belly Dance style is incorporated in a Cardio type workout.

Wednesdays 9:30 am
Classes run in 6 weeks sessions
Prepaid 6 weeks $45
Walk ins welcome $10 per class

Classes are designed to meet all fitness levels and ages. No dance experience is required.

Tai Chi with Craig
Beneficial for restoring balance, aiding in building lung capacity and flexibility. Building tendon strength, integrating breath and movement in mediations freeing the body's 'chi' life energy to flow for maximum health and well-being.
This class is for those of us who need to focus in order to maintain or improve the physical body's we have. Suitable for those who have specific balance and muscular difficulties.

Full Moon Women's Drumming Class
Monthly at the full moon. Become familiar with drumming in a group. Instruction in drum technique and using the voice in chant. Drums available for use.
