A class for all women who want to remain vibrant. Yoga and Tai Chi warm ups, Belly Dance isolated movement dance routines. An alliance of all body/mind/spirit movement expression.
Beneficial for toning, relaxation, flexibility, balance, improved stamina, enhancing inner beauty, and great fun.

Tai Chi with Craig
Beneficial for restoring balance, aiding in building lung capacity and flexibility. Building tendon strength, integrating breath and movement in mediations freeing the body's 'chi' life energy to flow for maximum health and well-being.
This class is for those of us who need to focus in order to maintain or improve the physical body's we have. Suitable for those who have specific balance and muscular difficulties.

Full Moon Women's Drumming
Monthly at the full moon. Become familiar with drumming in a group. Instruction in drum technique and using the voice in chant. Drums available for use.
