Dumbeks - Pack, Small, Medium, Large Doumbeks
The Dumbek / Darbuka was adopted as the drum of the Middle East, lending itself to the music of the Sheiks and Belly (Bellied) dancers of the high courts.
The drum is played under the arm, allowing the drummer to dance while playing.
Clay body, stoneware with a goat skin head or optionally with a fish skin head (add $45). Perfect dance or festival drum. Small enough to carry safely, big voice to be heard in a drum circle or when played with other instruments.
All drums come with woven shoulder strap. Drum bag sold separately (see below)
Available 5 sizes: Pack Drum (5 1/2" - 6" high) up to Large (11 1/2" - 12" high) with heads 4"-10". $55 - $185
