- Workshops -
We rely on an accurate attendance count to make important arrangements for our workshops. If an attendee needs to withdraw from a workshop, he/she must inform us (email, mail or phone call) no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the scheduled workshop.
Please remember that when you sign up for a workshop, you are (1) reserving a spot, thereby preventing another participant from attending that workshop, (2) reserving meals, housing, and materials that we prepare, reserve, or assemble in advance of the workshop, and (3) being counted in the minimum number of enrollments, which sometimes determines whether or not the workshop will run.
An administration fee (in most cases $15) is non-refundable.
If you have not notified us of a change or cancellation in your reservation and do not attend the entire workshop, you will be responsible for charges incurred by us in preparation of your attendance. Charges incurred can vary depending on number of days and type of materials involved. Please take this into account when you sign up for a workshop.
Workshop registration is not transferable to another individual should you choose to withdraw.
- On-Campus Lodging for Workshop Attendees -
We are a small, privately-owned business and due to our small size, cancellations impact us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling your space. For this reason we uphold a strict policy.
* Lodging Reservations by individuals or groups must be cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival date for a refund (minus $25.00 processing fee). If cancellation is made less than 30 days before your reservation date you will forfeit the full payment of one night. If cancellation is made less than 14 days before your reservation date you will forfeit the full payment of your stay. A $25 booking fee will be deducted from your deposit for all cancellations.
* No refunds are available for early departures or no shows.
